IBSA’s new project starts in 2022 with a sporting feat: the Route du Rhum, one among the most prestigious and challenging solo regatta which, in actual fact, also metaphorically represents the history, philosophy and vision of the Company, always aimed at the future, in an on-going challenge within the therapeutic and personal care areas, but not only.

The project sees the commitment of a greatly experienced and talented sporting team, who have been involved in the project right from the design and construction phase of an innovative Class40 boat, featuring cutting-edge technology; a boat skippered by Alberto Bona, who has been entrusted with the task of transforming an adventure into a success.

However, this is not just an ocean crossing. Beyond sport, sailing is an experience of life and courage; it’s an opportunity to travel in full contact with nature and its power; it’s part of a path that brings IBSA ever closer to the topic of environmental and social sustainability, promoting respect for nature, inclusion and integration, dialogue and interaction, paying greater attention to those who find themselves in difficult situations, endure social hardship or experience a disability.
